摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、显微硬度仪及电子万能拉伸试验机等研究了退火温度和退火保温时间对5083铝合金热轧厚板力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明:随着退火温度升高与保温时间延长,5083铝合金热轧板的强度逐渐下降而伸长率增大;退火温度比保温时间对力学性能的影响更为显著;热轧过程中表层和心部变形不均匀,导致在后续退火过程中板材的显微组织演化规律大不相同。在不同退火制度下,5083铝合金热轧板材的拉伸断口均为微孔聚集性韧性断裂。综合考虑,在450℃退火保温2 h后5083铝合金热轧板材的组织和性能较好。Effect of annealing temperature and annealing time on mechanical properties and microstructure of 5083 aluminum alloy hot rolled thick plate was studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,microhardness tester and electronic universal tensile testing machine.The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature and holding time,the strength of the 5083 aluminum alloy hot rolled plate decreases and the elongation increases,and the effect of annealing temperature on mechanical properties is more significant than that of holding time.Due to the uneven deformation of the surface and core during hot rolling,the microstructure evolution of the plate during subsequent annealing is very different.The tensile fracture of the 5083 aluminum alloy hot rolled plate under different annealing processes is microporous agglomeration ductile fracture.The microstructure and properties of the 5083 aluminum alloy hot rolled plate after annealing at 450℃for 2 h are relatively better.
