摘　　要：将规格?194 mm×12 mm 20G钢管材在室温下进行约15%的内径膨胀变形,并研究其力学性能及在国内不同地区3种油田采出水模拟液中腐蚀性能的变化。结果表明:20G钢膨胀变形后铁素体晶粒内形成位错壁,抗拉强度和硬度分别增加了27%和26%,断后伸长率和冲击吸收能量分别降低了59%和87%。在3种油田采出水模拟液中,膨胀变形后,20G钢的腐蚀电位减小,腐蚀电流密度增加,电荷传递电阻R_(ct)值减小,腐蚀速率增加。The internal diameter expansion deformation of 20 G steel pipe with specification of?194 mm×12 mm was carried out at room temperature,and its mechanical properties and corrosion properties in three kinds of simulation fluids of oilfield water produced in different regions of China were studied.The results show that after expansion deformation,the dislocation wall is formed in the ferrite grains of the 20 G steel,the tensile strength and hardness increase by 27%and 26%,respectively,and the elongation and impact absorbed energy decrease by 59%and 87%,respectively.In three kinds of oilfield produced water simulation fluids,after expansion deformation,the corrosion potential of the 20 G steel decreases,the corrosion current density increases,the value of charge transfer resistance Rct decreases,and the corrosion rate increases.
