摘  要:采用激光淬火工艺对钻具用4145H钢进行了表面强化处理,并利用仿真和实验进行了验证,综合考虑硬度、耐磨性能等指标,对激光功率和激光扫描速度等热处理参数进行了优化。结果表明:4145H钢表面淬硬层硬度以及耐磨性随激光扫描速度和激光功率的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当激光淬火速度为400 mm/min、淬火功率为2 kW时,硬化层晶粒细小,耐磨性能最佳,具有相变硬化效果,该优化参数可作为4145H钻具的表面处理参数。Surface strengthening treatment of 4145 H steel for drilling tools was carried out by laser quenching process,and the simulation and experiment were used to verify it.The heat treatment parameters such as laser power and laser scanning speed were optimized considering hardness and wear resistance.The results show that the hardness and wear resistance of the hardened layer on the surface of the 4145 H steel increase first and then decrease with the increase of laser scanning speed and laser power.When the laser quenching speed is 400 mm/min and the laser power is 2 kW,the grain size of the the hardened layer is fine,the wear resistance is the best,and has phase change hardening effect,and this optimized parameter can be used as the surface treatment parameters of the 4145 H drill.
