摘  要:以某电厂超超临界660 MW机组为例,研究零号高压宽负荷脱硝系统在各个典型负荷下的经济性指标。根据计算显示:低负荷投运零号高加,在满足脱硝装置(SCR)入口烟温要求的前提下,同时具有较好的节能收益;高负荷投运零号高加,由于零抽调节阀的节流损失,机组煤耗会有所增加。因此提出优化的零号高加改造系统,通过零号高加抽汽管旁路灵活投退高加,降低机组在整个运行周期的综合能耗。In this paper,an ultra-supercritical 660 MW power plant is taken as an example to analyze the economic index of No.0 HP heater wide load flue gas denitrification system under typical load.According to the calculation,when the No.0 HP heater is in operation at low load,the smoke temperature of SCR entrance is sufficient with bringing great energy efficiency;While at high load,due to the throttling loss of the pressure controlled valve,the coal consumption will increase.Therefore,this paper puts forward a improved system to realize the flexible operation of No.0 HP heater and reduce the energy consumption during the running period.
