摘　　要：目前在大型电厂中使用的高压加热器主要有U形管式和蛇形管式,相比于U形管式高压加热器,蛇形管高压加热器具有更好的热冲击性能,更多的变负荷次数,更长的寿命,更高的可靠性,正获得越来越广泛的应用。针对蛇形管高压加热器的关键部件集管和换热管的三维快速建模及装配进行了研究,借助于VBA实现了在三维软件INVENTOR中实现集管和换热管的快速建模及装配,极大地提高了效率。Now there are two types HP heaters(U type of HP heater and header type HP heater)in large power plants,Compare with U type of heaters,header type HP heaters offer better thermal shock performance,more variable load times,longer life span and higher reliability;And they are used more and more widely.We studied the modeling and assembling for the key parts(header and serpentines)of header type HP heaters,with the aid of VBA,we realized the fast modeling and assembling of header and serpentines in Inventor,and improved the work efficiency greatly.
