摘　　要：“隐形冠军”的概念是时任欧洲市场营销研究学院的赫尔曼·西蒙提出的,是指具备核心竞争力、业务聚焦、掌握关键技术的中小规模企业,与我国目前中小企业的“专精特新”发展导向相符。文章通过建立科技型企业评价指标体系对科技型“隐形冠军”企业和一般科技型企业进行比较分析,并通过借鉴国内“隐形冠军”企业成长的经验,提出了培育“隐形冠军”企业的对策建议。The concept of“invisible champion”was put forward by Professor Herman Simon of the European Institute of Marketing Research at that time,which refers to the small and medium-sized enterprises with core competitiveness,business focus and key technology,and is consistent with the development orientation of“professional,proficient,special and new”of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.Through establishing the evaluation index system of sci-tech enterprises,this paper compares the sic-tech“invisible champion”enterprises with the general sci-tech enterprises,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating the“invisible champion”enterprises through drawing lessons from the domestic experience of the development of the“invisible champion”enterprises.
