摘  要:热激转录因子(heat shock transcription factor,Hsf)是一类重要的转录因子,调控ROS清除酶和热激蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)的活性,从而提高植物的抗逆性。为了研究Hsf调控橡胶树响应非生物胁迫(低温,干旱等),我们分析了橡胶树HbHsfs基因家族的亚类及亚类成员特征;同时,通过Q-PCR技术分析了Hsf家族在中响应茉莉酸甲酯(methyl jasmonate,Me JA)、脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)和乙烯(ethylene,ET)的表达模式。橡胶树Hsf家族30个成员中分别响应MeJA、ABA和ET上调表达的有20、9和22个,其中HbHsfA3b、HbHsfA4b、HbHsfA6a和HbHsfA8a均受其诱导表达,但受激素诱导表达的变化规律与响应的时间和强度相关。橡胶树HbHsfs基因受多种植物激素诱导表达,暗示着基因功能的多样性和复杂性。本研究探索了HbHsfs参与MeJA、ABA、ET等激素介导的信号转导途径,为揭示HbHsfs调控橡胶树对低温、干旱等非生物胁迫的耐受性提供理论依据。Heat shock transcription factor(Hsf)is an important transcription factor,which can regulate the activity of ROS scavenging enzymes and heat shock proteins(HSPs),improving the stress resistance of plants.For studying Hsf regulating the response of rubber tree to abiotic stresses(cold,drought,etc.),the study analyzed the subclass and subclass members of Hb Hsf family identified by the whole genome of rubber tree,and analyzed the expression patterns of 30 members of Hsf family in rubber trees clones’93-114’treated with methyl jasmonate(MeJA),abscisic acid(ABA)and ethylene(ET),respectively.The results showed that 20,9 and 22 HbHsf genes were up-regulated in response to Me JA,ABA and ET treatments,respectively.Among them,HbHsfA3 b,HbHsfA4 b,HbHsfA6 a and HbHsfA8 a responded to the induction of these hormones.However,the change of hormone induced expression was related to the response time and intensity.HbHsf genes respond to the various plant hormones in rubber tree,indicating the diversity and complexity of HbHsf gene functions.This study explored the role of HbHsf genes in MeJA,ABA and ET mediated signal transduction pathways,and provided a theoretical basis for the further study of HbHsfs improving the tolerance of rubber trees to abiotic stresses such as low temperature and drought.
