摘 要:紫色酸性磷酸酶(purple acid phosphatase,PAPs)属于酸性磷酸酶(APases)的一种,在酸性条件下能有效地将酸酐、磷酸酯等有机磷催化水解为植物能够直接吸收利用的无机磷。低磷胁迫下根系增强紫色酸性磷酸酶的合成和分泌,是植物适应低磷胁迫的重要机制之一,也是磷高效利用型植物的典型特征。PAPs在不同植物类型及基因型之间存在着功能特性的普遍性和多样性,而目前大多数PAPs及其编码基因的植物在响应低磷胁迫下的具体功能及表达仍有待完善。本综述分析了PAPs的功能结构和蛋白特性,陈述了低磷胁迫下植物根系PAPs的分泌和PAPs编码基因的生物学功能,旨在为深入认识PAPs在植物响应低磷胁迫中的功能特性提供参考。Purple acid phosphatase(PAPs)is a kind of acid phosphatase,which can effectively hydrolyze organic phosphorus such as anhydrides and phosphates into inorganic phosphorus that can be directly absorbed and utilized by plants under acid conditions.It is one of the important mechanisms for plants to adapt to low phosphorus stress that roots enhance the synthesis and secretion of PAPs,which is also a typical feature of plants with high phosphorus use efficiency.There are universality and diversity of functional characteristics of PAPs in different plant types and genotypes,but the specific function and expression of most PAPs and their coding genes in response to low phosphorus stress still need to be improved.In this review,the functional structure and protein characteristics of PAPs were analyzed,and the secretion of PAPs in plant roots and the biological function of PAPs coding gene under low phosphorus stress were reviewed.In order to provide reference for further understanding of the functional characteristics of PAPs in response to low phosphorus stress.
