摘 要:文昌锥是海南文昌特有锥属植物,地理分布小且现存数量少。为了解文昌锥叶片表型变异和遗传多样性,本研究对文昌锥7个自然居群叶片的9种叶片表型性状,采用模糊数学的方法进行数量遗传分析。结果表明,文昌锥9种叶片表型性状多样性十分丰富,Shannon-weaver多样性指数变幅为1.96~2.10,均值为2.05;文昌锥叶片表型变异在居群内较高,但是表型变异主要来源于自然居群间;CY、BC、CBX、LFT和MS是选择大叶文昌锥的优势自然居群,XS是选择小叶文昌锥的优势自然居群;文昌锥叶片表型性状间相关性很高,主成分分析把相关性极显著的文昌锥叶片表型指标可以综合概括成叶片大重、叶形指数叶厚、叶柄长以及叶薄等四个主成分因子。本研究可以为文昌锥资源保护、开发利用以及未来分子生物学和基因组学方面的研究提供支持。Castanopsis wenchangensis,with limited distribution area and few existent numbers,is a kind of Castanopsis that is only found in Wenchang city,Hainan province.To explore the nine phenotypic traits variations and genetic diversity of C.wenchangensis leaves,fuzzy mathematic methods were used to do quantitative genetic analysis.The analyzed results demonstrated that variations of leaves phenotypic traits were abundance,with shannon-weaver index range from 1.96 to 2.10 with mean of 2.05.The variations of leaves phenotypic traits in natural populations of C.wenchangensis were also rich,but the main source of variations were detected among those natural populations;CY,BC,CBX,LFT and MS were dominant natural populations for selection of large leaves materials,while XS was suited for small leaves materials selection;the correlation coefficients between the nine leaf phenotypic traits were significantly related,and principal component analysis summarized them into four principal components,including leaf large and weight factor,leaf shape index and thickness factor,petiole length factor and thin leaf factor.Consequently,this study providing useful support information of protection,exploiting and future molecular biology and whole genome studies in C.wenchangensis.
