突发公共卫生事件期间热点选题论文分析及投稿策略——以《护理管理杂志》689篇新型冠状病毒肺炎投稿为例

摘　　要：目的通过对新型冠状病毒疫情期间该类选题的稿件进行分析,获取热点选题论文存在的问题,为突发公共卫生事件期间热点选题论文的投稿提供指导。方法对2020年1月30日至4月20日《护理管理杂志》接收的689篇新型冠状病毒选题论文进行统计,并就统计结果进行分析,给出突发公共卫生事件期间热点选题论文的投稿建议。结果疫情期间护理人员开展科研活动的反应迅速,修稿配合度高;选题涉猎广泛,对心理关注度高;疫情特色不足,研究合作度低;循证意识薄弱,研究质量总体偏低。结论突发公共卫生事件期间热点选题研究需要夯实基础,反应速度与研究质量兼顾;加大科研合作,研究深度与广度并重;立足循证基础,强调理论联系实践。Objective To analysis the hot topic papers and find problems during Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,in order to provide reference for the topic selection during the public health emergencies.Methods To collect the 689 papers submitted by Journal of Nursing Administration from January 30 to April 20 in 2020.Suggestions for the selection of hot topic papers during public health emergencies were given.Results During Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,nursing staff had a rapid response to scientific research and a high degree of cooperation in revision.They covered a wide range of topics,especially in psychological attention.However,they lacked epidemic characteristics and had low degree of research cooperation.They had low level of evidence-based awareness and the research quality was generally low.Conclusion It is necessary to lay a solid foundation for the research on hot topics papers during public health emergencies.Medical staff should balance the response speed and research quality,strengthen scientific research cooperation and attach importance to both depth and breadth of research.They should also emphasize the connection between theory and practice based on the evidence.
