摘 要:目前我国公路路面材料循环利用率不到30%,远低于发达国家90%以上利用率的水平。交通运输部将建设资源节约型、环境友好型行业作为加快转变交通运输发展方式的重点。文章设计的一套RAP试验方法,以此设计方法调整得到的混合料配合比,并采用马歇尔击实方法双面击实制得马歇尔试件,测定其物理及力学指标,进行性能验证。该设计方法的研究为探讨提高RAP掺配比例可行性,指导厂拌再生沥青拌合站生产,并高再生率沥青拌合站设备研发提供依据。RAP高掺配技术的推广对实现资源循环利用、节能减排发挥积极作用,其经济社会效益显著,推广应用前景广阔。At present,the recycling utilization rate of highway pavement materials in China is less than 30%and lower than the utilization rate of more than 90%in developed countries.The Ministry of ttransportation will focus on the construction of resourcesaving and environment-friendly industries to accelerate the transformation of transportation development mode.In this paper,a set of RAP test methods were designed to adjust the mixture ratio.Marshall test pieces were obtained by Marshall compaction and double-sided compaction.The physical and mechanical indexes were determined to verify the performance.The research of this design method is to explore the feasibility of increasing rap mixing proportion,guide the production of plant mixed recycled asphalt mixing plant and provide the basis for the research and development of high recycling rate asphalt mixing plant equipment.RAP high mixing technology has remarkable economic and social benefits and broad application prospects.
