不规则开孔梁试验及有限元参数化分析

摘  要:文章针对两榀实际工程中开不规则巨型孔的大跨度钢梁进行静力试验及有限元分析,研究该梁在孔边加强后的静力性能。研究结果表明,通过对开孔梁进行孔边加强,其变形刚度较未开孔梁提高约12%,但由于开孔影响了钢梁上的应力分布,使加强后开孔梁翼缘应力相较未开孔梁提高约20%;若开孔梁不进行加强,则其变形刚度相较未开孔梁减小约13%,表明大跨度钢梁在其腹板开不规则巨型孔后只需进行适当加强,仍能保持钢梁的变形刚度,但需对梁上应力进行验算。In this paper,the static test and finite element analysis of two kinds of long-span steel beams with irregular giant holes are carried out to study the static performance of the beams reinforced at the edges of holes.The results show that the deformation stiffness of the girder with open holes is about 12%higher than that of the girder without open holes.However,the stress distribution on the steel beam is affected by the openings,so the stress on the flanges of the reinforced steel beam with openings increases by about 20%compared with that without the openings.If the beams with holes are not strengthened,the deformation stiffness of the beams with holes decreases by about 13%compared with the unperforated beam.It is shown that the deformation stiffness of the steel beam can still be maintained if the large irregular hole in the web of the long-span steel beam is properly strengthened,but the stress on the beam should be checked.
