摘　　要：建筑工程施工中缺乏科学有效的管理,会导致建筑工程质量难以提升,对我国建筑工程的发展有十分不利的影响。本文针对建筑工程管理的重要性进行了简要分析,并提出相应的创新管理办法,期望能为工程建筑单位提供帮助。The lack of scientific and effective management in the development process of construction engineering leads to the difficulty in effectively improving the quality of construction engineering,which has a very negative impact on the development and progress of the field of construction engineering in China.In this paper,the importance of construction engineering management is briefly analyzed,and the corresponding innovative management methods are put forward,in order to provide assistance for the construction work of engineering construction units.
