摘 要:充填体强度是影响地下采场稳定性的重要参数。本文以喀拉通克铜镍矿为研究对象,通过理论计算分析确定了喀拉通克铜镍矿下向空场嗣后充填采场充填体胶结充填体强度要求,即3d强度不小于0.7MPa,同时通过对矿山胶结充填体进行抗压强度试验,得到了不同浓度、不同配比的28d抗压强度,并对数据进行拟合,得到了不同浓度条件下砂灰比与充填体强度关系,最后,根据试验结果,获得了满足矿山需求的胶结充填配比方案。The strength of backfill is an important parameter affecting the stability of underground stope.In this paper,Karatunk copper-nickel mine has been taken as the research object.Through theoretical calculation and analysis,the strength requirements of cemented filling body in downward open stope and subsequent filling stope of Kalatongke copper-nickel mine have been determined,that is,the 3 d strength is not less than 0.7 MPa.At the same time,through the compressive strength test of cemented backfill,the 28 d compressive strength of different concentrations and different ratios are obtained,and the data are fitted to obtain the relationship between sand cement ratio and backfill strength under different concentrations.Finally,according to the test results,the cemented filling proportioning scheme meeting the mine demand is obtained.
