摘 要:为确定色连二矿厚煤层无煤柱开采沿空留巷时,巷道围岩切顶卸压及支护机理参数,采用理论分析、数值模拟、工程类比及工业试验的研究方法对留巷相关参数进行研究,研究表明:理论分析确定沿空巷顶板悬臂梁越短,顶板压力越小,留巷段稳定性随围岩切顶高度增加而增加,切缝孔窥视确定装药结构为3-2-2-2-2-1-0时,顶板围岩能够形成切缝面,切缝效果较好;数值模拟及现场工业试验研究表明,留巷段采用"深浅部围岩"分层支护参数支护时,顶板锚索锚固围岩稳定,工作面动压影响留巷段距离为270.4m,巷道顶底板最大变形量为628.92mm,满足安全高效生产需要,研究为同类型地质条件矿井提供参考。In order to determine the parameters of the roadway surrounding rock cutting and decompression and supporting mechanism when the thick coal seam of Selian No.2 coal seam is kept along the gob in the thick coal seam,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,engineering analogy and industrial test research methods are used to correlate the roadway retention.The parameters are studied,and the research shows that the theoretical analysis determines that the shorter the roof cantilever beam of the goaf roadway is,the lower the roof pressure is,and the stability of the roadway section increases with the increase of the cutting roof height of the surrounding rock.The slit hole peeking determines that the charge structure is 3-2-2-2-2-1-0,the roof surrounding rock can form a kerf surface,and the kerf effect is better;numerical simulation and on-site industrial test studies show that the retaining section adopts deep and shallow surrounding rock“layered support”when supporting parameters,the roof anchor cable anchors the surrounding rock to stabilize,the working face dynamic pressure affects the distance of the roadway section to be 270.4 m,and the maximum deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway is 628.92 mm,which meets the needs of safe and efficient production.The research provides mines with the same type of geological conditions.reference.
