摘  要:为保障构造复杂区大巷安全快速掘进,超前对断层及其破碎带进行注浆加固。通过室内实验研究了高能磁和高矿化度矿井水对黏土、水泥浆液性能的影响。依据钻孔探测结果采用分类注浆技术,对断层及其破碎带进行了实践加固。结果表明:通过高能磁和高矿化度矿井水对浆液改性,可以提高黏土浆液的抗渗性约1个数量级,缩短水泥浆液初凝时间约43min,提高水泥试块抗压强度30.8%~31.1%。对断层破碎区以改性水泥浆液注浆加固为主,对断层相对完整区以改性黏土浆液注浆封堵为主,对断层-巷道交汇区以化学浆液注浆为主的分类注浆技术有效地保障了大巷安全快速通过断层。研究成果为构造复杂矿区巷道过断层提供了借鉴。In order to ensure safe and rapid excavation of roadways in complex structural areas,grouting reinforcement is carried out ahead of time for faults and their fractured zones.The influence of high energy magnetism and high salinity mine water on cement and clay slurry properties has been studied through laboratory experiments.According to the results of borehole detection,the classification grouting technology has been used to reinforce faults and their fractured zones in practice.The results show that modification of slurry by high energy magnetism and high salinity mine water can improve the impermeability of clay slurry by about one order of magnitude,shorten the initial setting time of cement by 43 minutes,and increase the compressive strength of cement by 30.8%-31.1%.Classified grouting technology which includes cement grouting reinforcement in fault fractured area,clay grouting sealing in relatively complete fault area and chemical grouting in intersection area of fault roadway effectively guarantees the safe and rapid passage of roadways through faults.The study provides a reference for roadways crossing faults in complex mining areas.
