摘 要:针对传统的辊式破碎机系统在处理烧结燃料时存在流程多、适应性差、维护量大、产品粒度差等问题,开展新型的高效细碎装备研究。在已有的研究基础上,以实验室小型惯性圆锥破碎机试验为依据,设计工业用惯性圆锥破碎机关键参数。实验室研究表明,增大激振器偏心距,提高激振力大小,可以降低产品粒度。产品粒度随工作频率升高而明显降低,即频率越高产品粒度越细。激振器偏心距相对于工作频率对产品粒度影响较小。频率对产品粒度的影响十分明显,仅依靠频率控制即可在较大范围内进行调整。通过调整频率可在较大范围内调整产品参数,不仅能满足粒度1~5mm占比大于70%的技术要求,还可提供12mm的粒级产品,具有良好的适应性。研究说明惯性圆锥破碎机是一种具有良好应用前景的烧结燃料高效细碎装备。Aiming at the problems of traditional roller crusher system in processing sintering fuel,such as complex processe,poor adaptability,heavy maintenance,poor product particle size,research on a new type of high-efficiency fine crushing equipment is carried out.On the basis of the existing research,the key parameters of industrial inertia cone crusher are designed based on the lab experiment of small inertia cone crusher.Lab research shows that bigger eccentricity of the exciter means bigger exciting force and bigger eccentricity can reduce the particle size of the product.The particle size of the product decreases with the increase of working frequency,that is,the higher the working frequency is,the finer the particle size is.Compared with the working frequency,the eccentricity of the exciter has little effect on the particle size of the product.The effect of frequency on product granularity is very obvious,and partical size can be adjusted in a large range only by frequency control.By adjusting the frequency,the product parameters can be adjusted in a large range,which can not only meet the technical requirements of 1-5 mm particle size accounting for more than 70%,but also provide 12 mm particle size products with good adaptability.The research shows that the inertia cone crusher is a kind of high efficiency fine crushing equipment with good application prospect.
