摘　　要：太极推手是太极拳的实战技术。“八字交手法”指的是接、引、进、转、击、蓄、留、停八种实战技术动作,是太极推手实战的技巧妙用。基于此,根据武术的本质运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法从消息盈虚的角度系统阐述太极拳“八字交手法”,通过太极推手的进攻与防守阐述八法实战技术的内在联系,对高校太极推手的实战练习提供一定的理论研究。Taiji pushing hand is the actual combat technique of Tai chi chuan."Eight characters exchange technique"refers to the eight actual combat technical movements of receiving,guiding,entering,turning,striking,storing,retaining and stopping,which are the practical skills of Tai Chi pushing hands.Based on this,this article according to the essence of the martial arts by applying the method of documentary,expert interview and logical analysis from the perspective of virtual news company system in this paper,the Tai chi chuan"eight methods",the offensive and defensive explains Tai Chi chuan tuishou eight method practical technology of inner link,the actual practice of Tai chi chuan tuishou in colleges and universities to provide certain theoretical significance.
