摘 要:某图书馆项目采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,以平面四周对称布置的4个落地L型剪力墙核心筒及12根大矩形框架柱作为主要竖向抗侧构件,筒间混凝土楼盖最大跨度24 m,筒四周悬挑最大跨度10.5 m,钢屋盖最大跨度41 m,四周悬挑最大跨度25 m。采用带楼板翼缘的薄腹梁、施加预应力、双层板、多跨组合桁架等多种方法解决场馆大跨大悬挑问题。通过抗震性能化设计和楼盖温度、舒适度等专项分析,结合相应构造加强措施,共同保障结构受力安全可靠,达到预设的C级抗震性能目标。With four symmetrically arranged L-shaped shear wall core tubes and twelve large frame columns served as the major lateral force resisting members,a library which adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system,applies thin webbed girders,prestressed units,double-layer slabs and multi-span composite trusses to tackle the problems caused by its large span and super-span cantilever.Considering the maximum span of the slab between the core tubes reaches 24 meters,cantilever around the core tubes 10.5 meters,the steel roof 41 meters,and the cantilever of the steel roof 25 meters,the seismic performance design analysis,the floor temperature analysis and the human amenity assessment are conducted,combined with the corresponding structural strengthening measures,to guarantee the safety of the building and the C-level seismic performance target.
