摘  要:为推广喷射钢纤维混凝土在边坡框格梁中的应用,通过流动性测试、抗压强度、抗拉强度以及抗折强度试验,研究了钢纤维类型及掺量对混凝土流动性、力学性能的影响规律,并采用钢筋拉拔试验研究了钢筋与钢纤维混凝土的界面粘结性能。结果表明,混凝土的流动性随钢纤维掺量的增加显著降低;钢纤维的掺入使混凝土抗压强度略有提升,抗拉、抗折强度有较大幅度的提升,且端钩型钢纤维对混凝土力学性能的增强效果优于波浪型钢纤维;同时,钢纤维类型及掺量对钢筋与钢纤维混凝土粘结性能的影响,和其对混凝土力学性能的影响规律基本一致。通过研究,框格梁现场喷射钢纤维混凝土推荐选用端钩型钢纤维,且钢纤维体积掺量宜为1.0%,此时抗压、抗拉、抗折强度较素混凝土分别提高了6.2%、77.0%和84.5%,与钢筋的粘结强度提高了37.8%。可为喷射钢纤维混凝土框格梁的施做提供技术支撑,为类似工程提供参考。In order to popularize the application of sprayed steel-fiber-reinforced concrete in slope frame beam,the influence of steel fiber type and content on the fluidity and mechanical properties of concrete was studied by fluidity test,compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength test,and the bonding behavior between steel bar and steel-fiber-reinforced concrete was studied by steel bar drawing test.The results show that the fluidity of concrete decreases significantly with the increase of steel fiber content;The addition of steel fiber makes the compressive strength of concrete slightly improved,and the tensile and flexural strength greatly improved,and the enhancement effect of hooked ends steel fiber on the mechanical properties of concrete is better than that of waved steel fiber.At the same time,the influence of steel fiber type and content on the bonding behavior between steel-fiber-reinforced concrete and steel bar is basically consistent with its influence on the mechanical properties of concrete.Through the study of this paper,it is recommended to use hooked ends steel fiber for sprayed steel-fiber-reinforced concrete on the frame beam,and the volume content of steel fiber should be 1.0%.At this time,the compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength are increased by 6.2%,77.0%and 84.5%respectively compared with plain concrete,and the bonding strength between the steel bar and steel-fiber-reinforced concrete is increased by 37.8%.It provides a technical support for the construction of sprayed steel-fiber-reinforced concrete for frame beam,and provides a reference for similar projects.
