摘　　要：为更好发挥超(特)大城市及其所在城市群、都市圈综合交通体系对链接国际、服务国内的双循环支撑作用,2021年4月22日,由中国城市交通发展论坛组委会主办、上海市城乡建设和交通发展研究院承办的中国城市交通发展论坛2021年第1次(总第26次)常规研讨会在上海市召开,会议主题为“双循环视野下的特大城市交通‘十四五’发展思路”。在双循环战略背景下,会议围绕“十四五”期间超(特)大城市综合交通体系发展所涉及的国际交通、城市群和都市圈交通、城市交通和城市更新、规划指标、碳达峰和碳中和、数字转型等热点问题进行了深入探讨。To better utilize the functions of mega cities and their urban clusters'comprehensive transportation system in connecting international commerce and serving domestic economic development,the 26th Urban Transportation Development Forum in China took place in Shanghai on April 22,2021.Organized by the Committee of China Urban Transportation Development Forum and Shanghai Urban-Rural Construction and Transportation Development Research Institute,the forum focuses on the mega cities'transportation development under the“Double Cycle”economic development theme during the 14th National Five-Year Plan.In the context of the dual-cycle strategy,the key topics on comprehensive transportation system development in mega cities during the 14th National Five-Year Plan are discussed,which includes the international commerce transportation,urban cluster and metropolitan transportation,urban transportation and urban renewal,planning indicators,carbon peaks and carbon neutrality,digital transformation,and etc.Due to the limited space,only selected expert speeches are published in this edition.
