摘 要:随着化妆品行业的高速发展和监管法规的不断完善,化妆品使用安全受到越多越多的社会关注。而过敏作为化妆品使用中常见的不良反应之一,屡见不鲜。在化妆品使用过程中出现过敏现象后如何维权,已经成为消费者十分关心的问题。本文抛开假冒伪劣等产品质量问题,在化妆品质量合格的前提下,探讨消费者出现化妆品过敏后的维权问题,分析现有法律责任规定,并提出行业规范化的建议。With the rapid development of the cosmetics industry and the continuous improvement of laws and regulations,the safety of cosmetics draws more and more attention from the public.Allergy is a common adverse reaction to cosmetic products.Consumers are concerned about how to protect their rights after experiencing an allergic reaction caused by cosmetics.Excluding quality problems due to substandard and counterfeit products,this paper discusses the protection of consumer rights in allergy cases caused by qualified cosmetics,analyzes the current legal liability provisions,and puts forward suggestions for the progress of the cosmetics industry.
