对科研诚信建设工作的有关思考——以中国科协开展工作为例

摘　　要：2019年国务院印发《关于进一步弘扬科学家精神加强作风和学风建设的意见》,中国科协作为党领导下团结联系广大科技工作者的重要力量,为激励和引导广大科技工作者追求真理、勇攀高峰,加快培养促进科技事业健康发展的强大精神动力,在全社会营造尊重科学、尊重人才的良好氛围,积极推进科研作风学风建设和科研诚信建设各项工作。本文对我国科研诚信的现状和成因进行了分析,并论述了中国科协为建设良好的科研作风学风而做出的重要举措,在此基础上,提出建议,以期为我国科研诚信工作的推进提供借鉴。In 2019,the State Council issued Opinions on Further Promoting the Spirit of Scientists and Strengthening the Construction of Research Style and Atmosphere.CAST(China Association for Science and Technology),as an important force under the leadership of the Party for uniting and contacting the vast number of scientific and technological workers,aiming to encourage and guide the majority of science and technology workers to pursue truth and scale new heights,accelerates the cultivation of strong spiritual impetus for the healthy development of science and technology,creates a good atmosphere of respect for science and talent in the whole society,and actively promotes the construction of research style and atmosphere and research integrity.This paper analyzes the importance,status quo and causes of research integrity in China,and summarizes the important measures taken by CAST to build a good research style and atmosphere,and based on above,this paper puts forward some suggestions in the hope of providing reference for the development of research integrity in China.
