摘  要:筒纱自动输送打包是实现纺织自动化和智能化的关键环节,受棉纺车间温度、湿度、前道工序纱线的CV值及络筒机滑差率的影响,筒纱重量变化很大。要保证筒纱的平均重量在标准值的范围以内,需要自动配重才能实现筒纱输送打包系统的完全自动化。本文在对筒纱自动输送打包系统进行优化设计的基础上,对锭长调节算法和自动配重算法进行了设计,实现了单个筒纱的重量误差±20 g、整包重量误差±50 g以内的自动控制,在企业中得到了很好的应用,提高了棉纺车间的自动化水平。Automatic conveying and packing system of cheese is a key link to realize automation and intellectualization. Affected by temperature and humidity in the cotton spinning workshop, CV value of yarn in the front process, and slip ratio of the winder, the weight of cheese varies greatly. To ensure that the average weight of the cheese is within the range of the standard value, automatic weight matching is essential to realize the complete automation of the conveying and packing system of the cheese. Based on the optimization design of the automatic conveying and packing system of cheese, this paper designs the spindle length adjustment algorithm and the automatic weight matching algorithm, so as to realize the automatic control that the weight error of a single cheese is within plus or minus 20 g, and the weight error of the whole package is within plus or minus 50 g. It has been well applied in enterprises and the automation level of the cotton spinning workshop has been improved.
