强捻纱线品种浆纱工艺的研究

摘　　要：针对强捻纱线强力高、毛羽少、耐磨性好但易打绞断线的特点,文章制定了不同的浆纱配方和浆纱工艺,并通过对断裂强力、毛羽、耐磨性及断头等质量指标进行测试与分析,最终确定了适合强捻纱线的浆纱工艺,提高了浆纱质量。According to the characteristics of hard-twist yarns, such as high strength, less hairiness, good wear resistance but easy skein twisting and breakage, this paper formulates different sizing formulas and sizing processes, tests and analyzes the sizing quality indexes such as breaking strength, hairiness, wear resistance and end breakage rate, and finally determines the sizing process suitable for hard-twist yarn, so as to improve the sizing quality.
