摘　　要：北方地区绝大部分高校宿舍在供暖期内缺乏有效通风措施,尤其是夜间门窗紧闭,通风量不足导致室内空气质量较差,影响学生的身心健康。文中利用示踪气体法对某高校中空间布局具有代表性的6间宿舍的通风量进行评估,并对学生睡眠情况进行问卷调查。结果表明大部分测试房间在供暖期内的通风量不满足国家标准,学生对睡眠满意度评价中满意评价占比较高但睡眠障碍症状水平显著性偏高,当前通风率较低的环境下影响室内人员的睡眠品质,学生宿舍需适当增加通风量。Most college dormitories in northern China lack effective ventilation measures during heating period,especially when doors and Windows are closed at night.Insufficient ventilation leads to poor indoor air quality,which affects students’physical and mental health.In this study,the tracer gas method was used to evaluate the ventilation rate of 6 dormitories with typical spatial distribution in a university.At the same time,the students’sleep condition was investigated by questionnaire.The results show that the ventilation rate of most test rooms during the heating period does not meet the national standard.In the survey of students’satisfaction with sleep,the satisfaction evaluation is relatively high,but the symptom level of sleep disorder is significantly higher.Low ventilation rate of the environment affects the sleep quality of students.It is necessary to increase the ventilation rate of college dormitories.
