摘 要:构建安全的城市防灾设施体系是通过空间治理模式以提升城市综合防灾能力的关键环节。全生命周期管理理念对于推进城市防灾设施建设、提升城市综合防灾能力、完善城市治理体系发挥着战略引领作用。基于此,提出构建基于全生命周期理念的城市防灾设施体系,为实现城市防灾设施的建设提供些许研究思路。Building a safe urban disaster prevention facility system is the key link to improve the comprehensive disaster prevention ability of the city through the spatial governance model.The concept of life cycle management plays a strategic leading role in promoting the construction of urban disaster prevention facilities,improving urban comprehensive disaster prevention capacity and improving urban governance system.Based on it,this paper puts forward the construction of urban disaster prevention facilities system based on the concept of life cycle,and provides some research ideas for the construction of urban disaster prevention facilities.
