摘 要:2019年进行了穗肥减氮、增施硅肥和节水灌溉等试验,结果表明:穗肥减施氮肥2 kg/667 m^(2),产量减少4.05%,稻米蛋白质含量下降0.7个百分点,直链淀粉含量下降0.9个百分点;孕穗期喷施硅肥可增产7.64%,稻米蛋白质含量下降0.6个百分点,直链淀粉含量下降0.7个百分点;节水灌溉可促进大穗并增加粒重,产量增加10.41%,出糙率提高4.3个百分点,蛋白质和直链淀粉含量无明显变化。The experiments of reducing nitrogen,increasing silicon fertilizer and water-saving irrigation with panicle fertilizer were carried out in 2019,the results showed that the yield of spike fertilizer was reduced by 2 kg/667 m^(2),the yield was reduced by 4.05%,the protein content of rice decreased by 0.7%,and the content of straight-chain starch decreased by 0.9%.The application of silicon fertilizer during pregnancy spike can increase yield by 7.64%,the protein content of rice decreased by 0.6%,and the content of straight chain starch decreased by 0.7%.Water-saving irrigation can promote large spikes and increase grain weight,yield increased by 10.41%,yield increased by 4.3%,protein and straight chain starch content did not change significantly.
