基于IPA分析的我国单项体育赛事新冠肺炎疫情防控服务满意度研究

摘　　要：从全国性单项体育赛事新冠疫情防控角度出发,以中国男子职业篮球与足球超级联赛的参赛成员为评价主体,通过IPA模型对我国单项体育赛事开展过程中新冠疫情防控服务满意度进行分析,旨为促进体育赛事服务质量,为赛事疫情有效防控及有序开展提供参考.结果表明:目前我国单项体育赛事疫情防控整体效果较好,为赛事有序开展提供了重要的安全保障,在赛事新冠疫情防控36项要素指标中,有20项指标为赛事疫情防控的期望型要素,服务效果较好,应继续加强;有4项指标为赛事疫情防控的兴奋型要素,服务效果虽好,但考虑赛事运营成本应进行资源优化分配;有12项指标为赛事疫情防控的基本需求型要素,服务整体评价相对较差,应持续改进与提升;通过对我国单项体育赛事疫情防控效果的实证分析,提出我国单项体育赛事疫情防控服务的保持与改进两大策略.From the perspective of the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Chinese single sports events,with the participating members of the Chinese Men’s Professional Basketball and Football Super League as the evaluation subject,the IPA model is used to analyze the prevention and control effect of COVID-19 in the process of Chinese single sports events.It aims to provide reference for promoting the service quality of sports events and effective epidemic prevention and control and orderly conduct of the events.The results show that the overall effect of the epidemic prevention and control of Chinese single sports events is relatively good at present,which provides an important safety guarantee for the orderly development of events.Among the 46 indicators of the epidemic prevention and control evaluation of the events,there are 20 indicators for the expected elements of the competition’s epidemic prevention and control.Their service effect is good and should continue to be strengthened.6 indicators of them are exciting elements for event epidemic prevention and control.Although the prevention and control effects of them are good,resources should be optimally allocated in consideration of event operating costs;20 indicators of them are basic demand-oriented elements of the epidemic prevention and control of competitions,which are relatively poor in overall evaluation and should be continuously strengthened.Based on the empirical analysis of the epidemic prevention and control effects of Chinese single sports events,two major strategies are proposed for maintaining and improving epidemic prevention and control service of Chinese single sports events.
