摘  要:[目的]为了评价染料木素对大豆胞囊线虫的防控效果。[方法]测定染料木素对大豆胞囊线虫的致死率及对卵孵化的抑制效果,并进行温室试验。[结果]处理72 h,100 mg/L染料木素对大豆胞囊线虫的校正死亡率为56.94%,LC50值为67.79 mg/L;对散卵粒的抑制率达53.04%,对褐色和白色胞囊中的卵孵化抑制率分别为61.18%和48.17%;温室试验表明:染料木素处理显著减少根内J2数量,延迟线虫发育,影响性别分化。[结论]染料木素影响大豆胞囊线虫活性、卵孵化、侵染及发育。[Aims]This study aims to evaluate the effect of genistein on the control of soybean cyst nematodes.[Methods]Heterodera glycines was selected to test the virulence of genistein.The vitality of H.glycines J2,egg hatching(individual egg,newborn cysts,brown cysts)was determined,and a greenhouse experiment was conducted.[Results]After 72 h of treatment,the corrected mortality of genistein against H.glycines at 100 mg/L was 56.94%with LC50 of 67.79 mg/L.The inhibition rate of genistein at 100 mg/L on individual egg reached 53.04%,and the inhibition rates of egg hatching in brown cysts and newborn cysts were 61.18 and 48.17%,respectively.The greenhouse infectivity test found that the treatment with genistein significantly reduced the number of J2 in the roots,delayed the development of nematodes,and affected sex differentiation.[Conclusions]Genistein has a certain degree of influence on the activity,egg hatching,infection and development of nematode.
