高血压痰瘀互结证证治源流及本质探析

摘　　要：通过梳理中医学关于"痰""瘀"的古、今文献,厘清"痰瘀互结证"的证治源流,对"痰瘀互生互变,共同致病"的病理机制进行深入探析,提出痰、瘀既是气血津液代谢失司的病理产物,又可以成为新的致病因素,二者同源共生、互生互化、交互同病,全程参与高血压的发生及演变,成为高血压中医病机的关键环节,为中医临床从痰瘀互结辨治高血压提供了理论依据。By analyzing ancient and modem literature about the phlegm and blood stasis in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),this paper clarified the origin and essence of the diagnosis and treatment of“syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis”,and explored and analyzed the pathogenesis of“phlegm and blood stasis promoting each other to cause disease”in depth.It is proposed that phlegm and blood stasis can be both pathological products from the metabolic dysfunction of qi,blood,and fluid,and a new pathogenic factor.These two symptoms are of same origin and promotes each other,whose interaction fully involved in the occurrence and process of hypertension,becoming a key link in the pathogenesis of hypertension,which provides a theoretical basis for treating hypertension from the perspective of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis for TCM clinically.
