宁泌泰胶囊治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨宁泌泰胶囊治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)疗效及对血清炎症介质的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年10月郫都区人民医院收治的CBP患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用抗生素口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上口服宁泌泰胶囊,治疗时间设定为8周。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、血清炎症介质[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、胰石蛋白(PSP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)]、前列腺液白细胞计数(WBC)、不良反应。结果:观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前的NIH-CPSI评分、TNF-α、M-CSF、IL-1β、PSP、前列腺液WBC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组在治疗后的NIH-CPSI评分、TNF-α、M-CSF、IL-1β、PSP、前列腺液WBC均降低,观察组的NIH-CPSI评分、TNF-α、M-CSF、IL-1β、PSP、前列腺液WBC低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用宁泌泰胶囊联合抗生素治疗CBP,可有效的提升治疗效果,缓解各类相关症状,改善多种炎症介质水平,具备良好的安全性。Objective:To explore the curative effects of Ningmitai Capsule in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2020,a total of 96 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis admitted to Pidu District People′s Hospital of Chengdu were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with Ningmitai Capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment time was set as 8 weeks.The clinical effect,National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI)scores,serum inflammatory factors(IL-1β,PSP,TNF-α,M-CSF),white blood cell count in prostatic fluid(WBC)and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The curative effects of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIH-CPSI score,TNF-α,M-CSF,IL-1β,PSP,and prostatic fluid WBC data of the 2 groups before treatment were not statistically different(all P>0.05).After treatment,the NIH-CPSI score,TNF-α,M-CSF,IL-1β,PSP,and prostatic fluid WBC of the 2 groups all decreased.The observation group′s NIH-CPSI score,TNF-α,M-CSF,IL-1β,PSP and WBC of prostate fluid were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups of patients during treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Ningmitai Capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis can effectively improve the therapeutic effects,relieve various related symptoms,improve the levels of a variety of inflammatory factors,and has good safety.
