摘　　要：新发展理念是大学生志愿服务的红绿灯、指挥棒,新发展理念全面、系统地指引了大学生志愿服务,为大学生志愿服务提供全方位的支持。大学生志愿服务对于社会有三个方面的积极意义:(1)大学生志愿服务传承和弘扬了中华优秀传统文化;(2)培养大学生奉献精神和社会责任感,促进了大学生全面发展;(3)加强了大学生的情感教育。The new development concept is the traffic light and baton for college student volunteer service.The new development concept comprehensively and systematically guides college student volunteer service and provides all-round support for college student volunteer service.College student volunteer service has two positive meanings to society:first,college student volunteer service inherits and promotes the excellent traditional Chinese culture;second,cultivates college students’dedication and sense of social responsibility,and promotes the overall development of college students;third,strengthen the emotional education of college students.
