高校教职工参与学校民主管理的研究——以智慧技术兴起为背景

摘　　要：随着智慧技术的兴起和发展,各种移动客户端和社交自媒体在高校日常运行、管理中逐渐占据重要地位,也为高校民主管理工作带来了新的挑战和机遇。研究以智慧技术兴起为背景,结合智慧技术对高校民主管理的双重影响以及高校民主管理智慧的体系架构,综合运用系统分析、田野调查和问卷调研等方法,以河南省的15所高校为例进行了关于高校教职工参与学校民主管理工作的研究,并在基础上分析河南省高校民主智慧化的现状以及存在的问题,进而创新性地提出高校智慧民主管理建设的路径以及政策建议。With the rise and development of smart technology,various mobile clients and social media gradually occupy an important position in the daily operation and management of colleges and universities,and also bring new challenges and opportunities to the democratic management of colleges and universities.This research takes the rise of smart technology as the background,and combines the dual impact of smart technology on the democratic management of colleges and universities and the system structure of democratic management wisdom in colleges and universities.On this basis,this paper comprehensively uses many methods such as system analysis,field surveys and questionnaire surveys to conduct research on the participation of university faculty and staff in the work of smart democratic management in 15 universities in Henan province.And then based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of the democratic wisdom of universities in Henan province,this paper innovatively proposed the path and policy recommendations for the construction of smart democratic management in universities.
