均衡发展下的收入代际流动的作用机制研究

摘　　要：一个社会的收入代际流动在宏观上体现了社会资源配置的适当性,在微观上体现出家庭背景和外界大环境对居民收入在父代和子代间传递的影响程度,作为影响政策制定的重要因素,一直以来备受关注。国内外研究表明,我国的收入代际流动性位列发展中国家前几名,但与发达国家相比,仍有进一步提升空间。研究发现,家庭环境、社会环境的优化会有助于收入代际流动性的提高,从而缓解社会阶层固化的现象,弱化处于优势地位的家庭和处于劣势地位家庭之间的边界,缩小城镇、农村贫富差距,建立劳动者良性竞争的健康局面。论文选择代际收入流动性这一细致且相对新颖的视角,在剖析代际收入流动机制的基础上,为缩小贫富差距、改善社会流动性提供一条可行的新途径。The intergenerational mobility of income in a society reflects the appropriateness of social resource allocation at the macro level,and the influence of family background and environment on the transfer of income between parents and children at the micro level.As an important factor affecting policy making,it has always been the focus of attention.Studies show that China's intergenerational mobility of income ranks first among developing countries,but compared with developed countries,there is still room for further improvement.It is found that the optimization of family environment and social environment will contribute to the improvement of intergenerational mobility of income,thus alleviating the phenomenon of the solidification of social class,weakening the boundary between the dominant family and the disadvantaged family,narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas,and establishing a healthy situation of healthy competition among workers.This paper chooses the detailed and relatively new perspective of intergenerational income mobility,and on the basis of analyzing the mechanism of intergenerational income mobility,it provides a feasible way to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor and improve social mobility.
