摘  要:目的:分析阿胶、鹿角胶、龟甲胶和黄明胶这四类胶类药材中化合物成分的关联及差异,对样品进行鉴别分析。方法:选择阿胶、鹿角胶、龟甲胶、黄明胶四类胶类中药,共10批次,采用UPLC-MS技术,结合代谢组学的方法,检测不同胶类中药特征成分,比较不同胶类中药的质谱信号差异,探讨物质组成及分布情况,鉴别区分不同的胶类药材。结果:共检出417组离子对信息,不同胶类中药在化合物组成及相对含量上不同,样品间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于液质联用技术得到的化合物品种信息,结合代谢组学分析方法,在胶类药材的质量控制和品质鉴定上具有较好的指导性。Objective:To analyze the correlation and differences of the four kinds of gum drugs including donkey-hide gelatin,antler gum,tortoise shell gum and yellow gelatin,and to identify and analyze the samples.Methods:A total of 10 batches of four kinds of glue traditional Chinese medicine including donkey-hide gelatin,antler gum,tortoise shell gum and yellow gelatin were selected.The characteristic components of them were detected by the method of ultra-high performance liquid phase and mass spectrometry combined with metabonomics.The differences in mass spectrum signals were compared,and the composition and distribution of substances were discussed,so as to distinguish the four different glue traditional Chinese medicines.Results:A total of 417 groups of ion pair information were detected out in the experiment.The composition and relative content of compounds in different gum Chinese medicines were various,and there were significant differences among the samples(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the information of compounds obtained by LC-MS,combined with metabonomics analysis method,the results have good guiding value for the quality control and quality identification of gum medicines.
