摘　　要：本文介绍临床药师参与3例快速生长分枝杆菌感染患者的诊疗实践过程。临床药师根据药敏和指南,结合患者具体情况,协助医生制定个体化给药方案,并从药物用法用量、相互作用、不良反应等方面着手对3例快速生长分枝杆菌感染患者抗感染用药过程进行全程药学监护。患者取得较好的治疗效果,病情好转带药出院。临床药师对患者进行有效的药学监护能降低患者用药过程中不良反应的发生,从而提高患者药物治疗的安全性和有效性。The aim of this case series reports was to introduce the practice of clinical pharmacists participating in the diagnosis and treatment of 3 patients with rapidly growing mycobacterial infection.According to the drug sensitivity and guidelines combined with the specific conditions of the patients,clinical pharmacists assisted the doctors in formulating individual drug administration plans from the aspects of drug dosage,interaction and adverse reactions,etc to carry out the whole process of pharmaceutical care for the patients with fast-growing mycobacterium infection during the process of anti-infective medication.The patients achieved a better therapeutic effect,and their conditions were improved followed by discharge with medicine.Effective pharmaceutical care for patients by clinical pharmacists can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in the process of drug use,so as to improve the safety and effectiveness of drug treatment.
