中国药典2020年版(一部)收载毒性中药及其注意事项统计分析

摘　　要：本文对中国药典2020年版一部收载的616种中药中的毒性中药品种及其性能特点进行统计分析。结果表明,中国药典2020年版共收录毒性中药83种,其中含大毒有10种、有毒42种、小毒31种;毒性中药中属温、热性的药物有46种,寒凉性的药物26种,属平性的药物4种;具辛、苦味共计有71种;归肝经29种、肺经28种。进一步对用药注意及禁忌进行分析,以期全面认识与深刻理解毒性中药,掌握其性能、用法用量、注意事项等,预防药品的不良反应,杜绝药物的滥用。Based on the Part One of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),an investigation was carried out in 619 herbs for the analysis of toxic herbs.The results showed that among 83 toxic herbs and decoction pieces,10 are extremely toxic,42 are toxic and 31 are slightly toxic.Among the toxic herbs,46 are warm-heat drugs,26 are cold-cool drugs,4 are mild-natured drugs,71 are pungent and bitter drugs,and 29 belong to Gan channel and 28 belong to the lung meridian.Moreover,the contraindication of toxic herbs was analyzed.It is expected to give a comprehensive explanation of the property and flavor of the toxic herbs,and master the knowledge of Chinese medicinal materials,so as to prevent the adverse reactions of drugs and stop the abuse of drugs.
