摘　　要：忍冬是我国常用的中草药,目前常以其花(金银花)及茎(忍冬藤)入药,其叶虽产量大,价格优惠,却被视为其副产品丢弃未被充分利用、造成资源浪费和环境压力。忍冬叶与其花同样具有清热解毒的功效,主要用于治疗温病初起或外感风热、疮痈肿痛、咽喉疼痛、热毒血痢等疾病。近年来的研究发现,忍冬叶中含有有机酸(绿原酸、咖啡酸、肉桂酸等)、黄酮(木犀草素、槲皮素、芹菜素等)、环烯醚萜(马钱子苷、马钱子苷酸、獐牙菜苷等)及其他萜类化合物,具有抗病毒、抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、抗癌、保肝、利胆等作用,可用于治疗疱疹、人或者动物的上呼吸道疾病、消除体内自由基增加细胞活性抗衰老、肝炎及其肝硬化等多种疾病。本文对国内外有关忍冬叶的化学成分、药理活性及其应用的相关文献进行综述,为忍冬叶的进一步开发利用以及扩大中草药药用资源提供参考和理论依据。Lonicera japonica Thunb is a common Chinese herbal medicine in China.At present,its flower(honeysuckle)and stem(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)are often used as medicines.Although its leaf has large yield and favorable price,it is regarded as a byproduct,which has not been fully utilized resulting in waste of resources and environmental pressure.Lonicera japonica leaves and its flowers have the same effects of clearing away heat and detoxification.They are mainly used for the treatment of febrile disease or exogenous wind heat,sore and carbuncle swelling,sore throat,heat toxin and blood dysentery and other diseases.In recent years,studies have found that the leaves of Lonicera japonica contain organic acids(chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and cinnamic acid,etc.),flavonoids(luteolin,quercetin and apigenin,etc.),iridoids(brucine,brucine acid and swertin,etc.)and other terpenoids,which have anti-virus,anti-inflammation,antibacterial,anti-oxidation,anti-cancer,liver protection,cholagogic and other effects.It can be used to treat herpes and upper respiratory tract diseases of human or animal,eliminate free radicals in vivo,and increase cell activity to antiaging and treat hepatitis,liver cirrhosis and other diseases.Therefore,the paper reviewed the related literature on the chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and application of Lonicera japonica leaves at home and abroad,so as to provide reference and basis for the further development and utilization of Lonicera japonica leaves and the expansion of medicinal resources of Chinese herbal medicine.
