数字管护(Digital Curation)视域下科研档案管理创新研究

摘　　要：近年来,数字管护在科学数据管理理论与实践研究中成果显著,对促进我国科研档案管理有重要的借鉴意义。文章在分析数字管护与科研档案管理共性的基础上论证数据管护视域下科研档案管理创新的合理性,根据数字管护在管理开展主动持续、资源丰富组织专业、方法技术先进方面的优势和科研档案管理在体制机制、知识结构、科学数据管理局部经验与科研档案管理整体适配方面的挑战,探讨数字管护视域下科研档案管理创新的可能路径。最后建议科研档案管理创新在宏观层面的理念上破除行政束缚与模式上进行跨界合作,在微观层面进行管理深化与服务优化升级。In recent years,Digital Curation has achieved remarkable results in scientific data management theory and practice research,which has important reference significance for promoting scientific research archives management in China.Based on the analysis of the commonness between Digital Curation and scientific research archives management,this article demonstrates the rationality of the innovation of scientific research archives management from the perspective of Digital Curation.Then,this article analyzes the advantages of Digital Curation to the innovation of scientific research archives management,namely the sustainability in management,rich resources,professional organization,advanced methods and technology,which is corresponding to the challenges the scientific research archives management faced with in the system mechanism,in the knowledge structure,and in the overall adaption of partial experience of scientific data management to scientific research archives management,helping to discuss the possible path of scientific research archives management innovation from the perspective of Digital Curation.Finally,this article suggests that the innovation of scientific research archives management should break the administrative constraints in the macro level and carry out cross-border cooperation in the mode,and deepen the management and optimize and upgrade the service in the micro level.
