摘　　要：科技的进步,经济全球化的不断发展对我国皮革产业提出了更高的要求,然而我国在皮革检测人才培养方面仍存在一些不足.从我国当前皮革产业的教育现状出发,着重分析了我国皮革检测人才培养方面所存在的问题,并以创新创业教育理念为指导,从更新教学大纲、教学内容、加强学生的实践操作能力、建设创新创业教育师资队伍等方面提出了教学建议.希望通过这些教育改革策略,我国能够早日培养出专业基础扎实、实践能力强的皮革检测人才.The progress of science and technology and the continuous development of economic globalization have put forward higher requirements for China’s leather industry, but there are still some shortcomings in the training of leather testing talents in China. Starting from the current situation of leather industry education in China, the problems existing in the training of leather testing talents in China were analyzed. Under the guidance of innovative and entrepreneurial education concept, the teaching suggestions were put forward from the aspects of updating teaching outline, teaching content, strengthening students’ practical operation ability and building up teaching staff of innovation and innovation industry. It is hoped that through these educational reform strategies, China can train leather testing talents with solid professional foundation and strong practical ability as soon as possible.
