护理路径在社区骨质疏松症患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了探讨对社区慢性病伴有骨质疏松症(OP)患者采取护理路径干预的有效性,将样本社区内85例既有高血压又有糖尿病的慢性病患者,分为实验组42例和对照组43例,对照组实施一般社区卫生服务,实验组实施护理路径干预。9个月后,对两组患者的空腹血糖(FGB)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、骨密度(BMD)T值等指标,以及对OP的认知和改善方法的执行率等方面进行比较和评价。结果显示,实验组患者的化验结果、血压值、骨密度(BMD)T值、认知和改善方法的执行率优于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。说明护理路径干预可以减轻骨质疏松症患者的病情,减少脆性骨折的发生,可提高老年患者的生活质量。To study the effectiveness of nursing pathway intervention in a community patients with chronic diseases associated with osteoporosis.The 85 patients with both high blood pressure and diabetes were assigned in e-xperimental group(n=42)and control group(n=43).Patients in the control group received routine community nursing care.The nursing pathway intervention was applied for patients in experimental group.After nine months,the results of-fasting blood glucose(FGB)and 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)serum tot-al cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL)、systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP),Bone mineral density(BMD)T value,c-ognition of OP and implementation rate of improvement methods were compare and evaluated.in the two groups.Results show that after the intervention,the results of laboratory report,blood pressure,bone mineral density(BMD),t-value cogni-tion and improvement in the experimental group were better than that of the co-ntrol group.There was significant difference between the two groups.(P<0.01).Nursing pathway intervention can reduce the illness stats of oste-oporosis patients,reduce the occurrence of brittle fracture,and improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
