摘 要:目的探讨尿常规检测对尿路感染的临床诊断价值。方法抽取2018年9月至2020年5月太原市第九人民医院收治的尿路感染患者50例为研究组,研究组患者均有尿频、尿急、尿痛等尿路感染现象。另抽取50例同期健康体检者作为对照组。两组均进行尿常规检查,观察两组细菌培养结果、白细胞计数、亚硝酸盐、尿白细胞酯酶。结果研究组白细胞计数≤25×109/L患者例数少于对照组,白细胞计数≥25个×109/L患者例数多于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组亚硝酸盐阳性率(96.00%,48/50)高于对照组(0.00%,0/50),亚硝酸盐阴性率(10.00%,5/50)低于对照组(100.00%,50/50),P<0.05。研究组尿白细胞酯酶阳性率(90.00%,45/50)高于对照组(0.00%,0/50),尿白细胞酯酶阴性率(10.00%,5/50)低于对照组(100.00%,50/50),P<0.05。研究组细菌培养阳性率(96.00%,48/50)高于对照组(0.00%,0/50),细菌培养阴性率(4.00%,2/50)低于对照组(100.00%,50/50),P<0.05。结论在尿路感染诊断中应用尿常规检验的准确性较高,其可在较短的时间内为临床医生提供较准确的数据,便于临床医生诊断病情。Objective To investigate the value of routine urine testing in the clinical diagnosis of urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 50 patients with urinary tract infection treated in Taiyuan Ninth People’s Hospital from September 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research group.All of the 50 patients had urinary tract infections such as frequent urination,urgency,and dysuria.Another 50 persons who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Routine urine examinations were performed in both groups to observe the results of bacterial culture,white blood cell count,nitrite,and urine leukocyte esterase.Results The patients with white blood cell count≤25×109/L of the research group was less than that of control group,while patients with white blood cell count≥25×109/L of the research group was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of nitrite in the research group(96.00%,48/50)was higher than that of the control group(0.00%,0/50),and the negative rate of nitrite in the research group(10.00%,5/50)was lower than that of the control group(100.00%,50/50),P<0.05.The positive rate of urine leukocyte esterase in the research group(90.00%,45/50)was higher than that of the control group(0.00%,0/50),and the negative rate of urine leukocyte esterase in the research group(10.00%,5/50)was lower than that of the control group(100.00%,50/50),P<0.05.The positive rate of bacterial culture in the research group(96.00%,48/50)was higher than that of the control group(0.00%,0/50),and the negative rate of bacterial culture in the research group(4.00%,2/50)was lower than that of the control group(100.00%,50/50),P<0.05.Conclusions The routine urine testing has a high accuracy rate in the clinical diagnosis of urinary tract infections,and it can provide clinicians with more accurate data in a short time.
