麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法抽取2018年10月至2020年6月在河南中医药大学第三附属医院实施剖宫产分娩的60例产妇为研究对象,按照治疗方法将其分为两组,每组30例。对照组产妇剖宫产后给予麦角新碱联合缩宫素,观察组产妇剖宫产后给予麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素。比较两组产妇的产后出血率、出血量、血红蛋白水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组产后出血率为6.7%(2/30),低于对照组的23.3%(7/30),P<0.05。分娩后,观察组血红蛋白水平与分娩前比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇产后血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.3%(1/30),低于对照组的26.7%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麦角新碱联合卡贝缩宫素预防产后出血的效果优于麦角新碱联合缩宫素,能够有效地降低产后的出血率和出血量,稳定患者的血红蛋白水平,减少不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the effects of ergonovine combined with carbetoxine on preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean delivery.Methods A total of 60 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to June 2020 were selected as research objects.The pregnant women were divided into two groups by the treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The pregnant women in the control group received ergonovine combined with oxytocin,and the pregnant women in the observation group received ergonovine combined with carbetoxine.The rate of postpartum hemorrhage,amount of postpartum blood loss,hemoglobin level,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 6.7%(2/30),which was significantly lower than the 23.3%(7/30)in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between prepartum and postpartum hemoglobin level in observation group(P>0.05).The postpartum hemoglobin level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.3%(1/30),lower than the 26.7%(8/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Effects of ergonovine combined with carbetoxine on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage is superior to that of ergonovine combined with oxytocin.The former can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage rate and blood loss,maintain hemoglobin levels,and reduce incidence of adverse reactions.
