摘 要:现有的多层式信号灯组装过程繁琐,每层LED灯组板结构不同,存在生产效率低等问题。本文设计了一种单线串联模式的多层式信号灯,利用1个恒流源配合三态开关以串联方式驱动所有的LED灯组板,利用中间导体固定杆作为1根导线提供驱动电流。三态开关提供3种状态控制LED灯组的亮灭,处于稳压态时灯组控制板自充电以解决在开关饱和态时单片机无法获得工作电压的问题。利用恒流源可以短路的特性,使用此恒流源来驱动5层LED灯组,并使用单片机控制恒流源发送通信信号。这种单线串联恒流模式的多层式信号灯具有结构简单、安装方便、手工焊点少、制作成本低等优点,具有一定的实际意义。The existing multi-layer signal lamps have cumbersome assembly process, and different LED board structure per layer, resulting in low production efficiency and other issues. In this paper, a single-wire series mode multi-layer signal lamp is designed, which uses a constant current source with a three-state switch to drive all the LED lamp boards in series, and uses the intermediate conductor fixed rod as a wire to provide driving current. The three-state switch provides three states to control the on and off of the LED lamp group. When the lamp group is in the steady state, the control board of the lamp group self-charges to solve the problem that the single-chip microcomputer cannot obtain the working voltage when the switch is saturated. Utilizing the characteristic that the constant current source can be short-circuited, the constant current source is used to drive the five-layer LED lamp group, and the single-chip microcomputer is used to control the constant current source to send communication signals. This single-wire series constant current mode multi-layer signal lamp has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, fewer manual solder joints, low production cost, and can improve production efficiency. It has certain practical significance.
