感冒退热合剂治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察感冒退热合剂对上呼吸道感染的临床疗效观察及其对血清血常规、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、红细胞沉降率(血沉)的影响。方法100例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各50例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上加用口服感冒退热合剂,两组疗程均为3 d。疗程结束后观察两组患者的临床综合疗效,统计两组治疗前后退热情况及血常规、CRP、血沉、PCT的变化情况。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组患者体温开始下降时间、体温完全复常时间、咽喉肿痛消失时间、咳嗽停止时间、流涕停止时间、鼻塞停止时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候积分及血常规、CRP、PCT、血沉水平改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论感冒退热合剂具有较好的抗炎效果,对解决抗生素耐药性问题具有独特优势,对治疗上呼吸道感染具有良好疗效,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Cold and Fever Mixture for upper respiratory tract infection and its effects on serum blood routine,CRP,PCT and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR).Methods:A total of 100 patients with upper respiratory tract infection were divided into the control group and treatment group by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Cold and Fever Mixture on the basis of conventional western medicine.The course of treat⁃ment in both groups was 3 days.The comprehensive clinical efficacy of patients in both groups was observed,and the changes of antipyretic fever,serum blood routine,CRP,ESR and PCT before and after treatment in both groups were counted.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the time for the onset of hypothermia,the time for the complete recovery of body temperature,the time for the disappearance of sore throat,the time for the cessa⁃tion of cough,the time for the cessation of runny nose,and the time for the cessation of nasal congestion were sig⁃nificantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,serum blood routine,CRP,PCT and ESR levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cold and Fever Mixture has good anti-inflammatory effect,unique advantage in solving antibiotic re⁃sistance problem,good curative effect in treating upper respiratory tract infection and high clinical application value.
