中医综合疗法治疗急性亚急性下腰痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医综合疗法治疗急性亚急性下腰痛的短期临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,将82例患者随机分为中医组和对照组各41例。其中,中医组采用定向透药治疗、针刺治疗、红外照射治疗及拔罐治疗相结合的综合疗法,对照组仅采用西药西乐葆口服治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分和Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)评分。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗4周后的VAS疼痛评分和RMDQ评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且中医组患者的VAS疼痛评分和RM⁃DQ评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。中医组总有效率为80.49%,显著高于对照组的48.78%(P<0.05)。结论与西药西乐葆治疗相比,采用中医综合疗法治疗急性亚急性下腰痛的短期临床疗效更好,能够更有效缓解患者的疼痛症状及改善其腰椎功能障碍。Objective:To analyze the short-term clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine comprehen⁃sive treatment on acute subacute low back pain.Methods:Using a prospective randomized controlled study meth⁃od,82 patients were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into the TCM comprehensive treatment group and the drug control group,41 cases in each group.Among them,the TCM comprehensive treat⁃ment group was treated with the combination of directional drug penetration therapy,acupuncture therapy,infrared therapy and cupping therapy combined with psychological intervention.The drug control group was only treated with Celebrex oral therapy.The clinical efficacies were compared,and the VAS pain score and RMDQ score be⁃fore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,the VAS pain score and RMDQ score of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.01).Moreover,the VAS pain score and RMDQ score of the TCM comprehensive treatment group were significant⁃ly lower than those of the drug control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the drug control group was 48.78%,and the total effective rate of the TCM comprehensive treatment group was 80.49%,which was significant⁃ly higher than that of the drug control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Celebrex oral therapy,the short-term clinical efficacy of the TCM comprehensive treatment on acute subacute low back pain is better,and it is more effective in relieving pain symptoms and improving lumbar dysfunction.
