汕头市科技创新与金融创新的耦合性研究——基于与珠三角核心城市的面板数据的比较分析

摘　　要：科技创新与金融创新的良性互动对经济可持续发展具有重要作用。基于科技创新与金融创新的耦合互动机理,通过构建二者的耦合协调模型,以汕头与珠三角的6个核心城市的2009—2018年面板数据为样本,对其科技创新与金融创新的耦合协调度进行实证分析。结果表明,样本城市的科技创新与金融创新的耦合协调度整体表现不佳,广州、深圳虽处于中高度协调阶段,但仍未达到高度协调;珠海、东莞、佛山、中山处于低度协调阶段;汕头则处于极度失谐阶段。鉴于此,本文提出促进汕头科技创新和金融创新协调发展的相应政策与建议,并构建科技创新与金融创新的耦合发展路径。The benign interaction of technological innovation and financial innovation plays an important role in sustainable economic development. Based on the coupling and interaction mechanism of technological innovation and financial innovation, by constructing a coupling and coordination model of the two, taking the panel data of six core cities in Shantou and the Pearl River Deltafrom 2009 to 2018 as samples,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the coupling coordination degree between technological innovation and financial innovation. The results show that the couplingcoordination of technological innovation and financial innovation in sample cities is not good. Guangzhou and Shenzhen are in the middle and high level coordination, but they still have not reached high level coordination. Zhuhai, Dongguan, Foshan and Zhongshan are at a low levelcoordination, while Shantou is at the high level disharmony. In view of this, this paper puts forward corresponding policies and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of technological innovation and financial innovation in Shantou, and constructs a coupling development path of technological innovation and financial innovation.
