摘　　要：基于污泥膨胀理论和控制原理搭建污泥膨胀控制策略框架,以在线和离线数据信息为支撑,采用智能诊断手段综合分析引起污泥膨胀的各种诱发因子。根据分段进水多级A/O工艺自身结构特点逐级分析引发污泥膨胀原因并结合设定应对策略实施系统运行调整,实现污泥膨胀有效控制,防止生化系统紊乱导致出水水质超标。该专家系统已在北方某城镇污水处理厂污泥膨胀控制中成功应用。Based on the theory and control principle of sludge bulking,the control strategy framework of sludge bulking was established,and various inducing factors of sludge bulking were comprehensively analyzed by intelligent diagnosis method supported by online and offline data information.According to the structure characteristics of multi-stage A/O process,the causes of sludge bulking are analyzed step by step,and the operation adjustment of the system was implemented in combination with the set response strategy,so as to achieve effective control of sludge bulking and prevent the biochemical system disorder from causing excessive effluent water quality.The expert system has been successfully applied in the sludge bulking control of a municipal wastewater treatment plant in the north of China.
