摘　　要：中医护理是组成中医学的重要部分,具有"辩证施护"和"整体观念"2个基本特点。该护理模式是一种在中医理论指导下展开的护理实践,通过对患者疾病诱因、发展规律进行分析掌握,以整体性护理为核心,在辨证指导下对护理原则进行确定,从而针对性对患者实施中医护理,使得其临床治疗有效性、身心健康水平和生活质量得到提升,促进康复进程。本文从胸痹心痛病的中医护理应用现状进行分析,总结目前存在的问题,并对今后的研究进展进行分析。Traditional Chinese medicine nursing is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine nursing has two basic characteristics:dialectical nursing and holistic concept.Is this nursing mode a kind of nursing practice under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,which is based on the analysis and mastery of patients’disease incentives and development rules,and holistic nursing as the core,under the guidance of differentiation of symptoms and signs,the nursing principles are determined,so that the patients can be given TCM nursing,so as to enhance the effectiveness of clinical treatment,improve the level of physical and mental health and quality of life,and promote the rehabilitation process.This article analyzed the current situation of the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chest pain and heartache,summarized the problems existing in its current application,and analyzed its future research progress.
